What a beautiful sunrise this morning. It was fleeting and delicate, so delicate and nuanced that a camera could not capture the beauty. A thin strip of clouds, tinted with a pink and orange hue stretched from the hills on one side of the valley to the other. Like a cotton ball pulled apart and stretch across the otherwise bright blue sky, the clouds filtered and reflected the bright yellow sunlight as it grew in intensity. The sight simply took my breath away but was gone in an instant. A moment, so beautiful, existing but for a moment and nearly missed altogether. How many of these moments go unappreciated; treats from God that are given to enjoy.
